Kim Kardashian has lived her own American horror story.
Indeed, the Kardashians star recently opened about the most excruciating pain she’s ever felt in her life: losing the tip of her finger.
“The, like, tip broke off,” Kim explained in a sneak peek for the July 18 episode of her family’s reality series. “It was, like, more painful than childbirth.”
And the 43-year-old—who shares kids North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, with ex Kanye West—showed off her gruesome injury to the doctor, who claimed the unsightly wound looked, “great.”
Kim, naturally, couldn’t contain her surprise, responding, “You think that looks great?”
Although the teaser clip didn’t give any insight on what Kim did to cause the injury, earlier this year, she sported a bandaged hand while showing off the contents of her purse in a social media video.
“And I have this hand wrap,” she said as she pulled out bandages in the March TikTok video for SKKN. “I don’t always have this in my bag but—”
Then, the SKIMS founder held up her left hand, revealing two bandaged fingers, joking, “I’ve been loving this look lately—it’s very stylish.”
Kim also couldn’t help but joke about rumors that would potentially stem from her bandaged fingers.
“No, I hurt myself, guys,” she continued, before joking as she rubbed her bandaged fingers around her face. “It is, for skincare. It smooths out your skin. Or it’s for blush, for highlighter. I sacrificed my fingers for some beauty.”

The actor suffered a horrible accident while filming The Eagle several years ago. They filmed in Scotland and had to do some scenes in a freezing river, so a crewmember suggested pouring hot water in his wetsuit to help get through it. However, someone accidentally handed him one of the boiling bottles of water that ended up leaving his penis completely burned and skinless. "I'm peeing and my shriveled burnt penis…I was like, 'Why God?! Why did you do this to me?'" Tatum recalled of the rough time.
The former 90210 star tripped and fell at the Japanese restaurant Benihana, burning her right arm on one of the Hibachi grills. She ended up suing the restaurant after reportedly undergoing skin grafts from the injury.
The actor was paralyzed for four days after he fell from a three-story building when he was 21 years old. He had been climbing a rooftop terrace with friends when the drainpipe he was scaling collapsed. The fall broke several vertebrae in his back.
The actor played Achilles in the 2004 film, Troy. Oddly enough, he injured his Achilles tendon on-set, which postponed filming for months.
